Ligue 1 club OGC Nice will release Terem Moffi for Super Eagles duty after their clash with Stade Rennes this weekend.
Les Aiglons will take on Rennes on Saturday and Moffi will join the Super Eagles squad in Abidjan on Sunday.
The Super Eagles will take on the Nzalang Nacional of Equatorial Guinea same day in their opening Group A game at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Moffi was a late replacement for Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface, who has been ruled out of the 2023 AFCON finals with injury
