The Action Democratic Party (ADP) candidate for Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency in the just concluded general election in Abia, Chief Paul Meregini has congratulated Dr. Alex Otti, the Abia State governor-elect, on his election victory.
In a release signed he personally signed, Chief Meregini described Dr. Alex Otti’s victory as the salvation that Abians prayed for.
He appealed to Dr. Otti to be magnanimous in victory and commended him for his doggedness and resilience which according to him has yielded the desired result, while advising other candidates who contested in the Abia guber election to join hands with Dr. Otti to develop and move the state forward.

Chief Meregini also congratulated the member-elect for Umuahia East State Constituency, Hon. Austin O. Meregini, whom he described as a perfect gentleman of impeccable character; and advised him to see his victory as a call to serve.
