Osun Governor Ademola Adeleke has approved the appointment of Dr Ademola Makinde as another Owa of Igbajo.
Oba Famodun was appointed by the previous administration after he was nominated by kingmakers of the town.
However, Adeleke faulted his selection and used warrant chiefs to select the new king on Friday.
“I urge him to embark on reconciliation and restore the dignity and integrity of the traditional institution,” he said.
