All Breaking News (ABN) Radio, ABN Radio an online-based radio station owned and operated by FAKZY Media Nig Ltd has won the 2020 online radio station of the year at the just concluded 2021 Igbere TV Leadership Excellence award.
The award was received at Sheraton Hotels Abuja by Grace Okoro, Head of Programmes ABN TV, a sister station of ABN Radio.
ABN Radio came first in an online voting that lasted for a month.
With a global reach, ABN Radio is hosted in Radio Garden and others, can be downloaded in Google Play Store for Android users.
With special interest in entertainment, FAKZY Media Nigeria Ltd seeks to use the radio platform which came into existence July 2019 to promote the culture of radio listening among young persons in Nigeria and across the world.
The idea is to get young people glued to their radio with a content that appeals to them. In a society where people no longer listen to radio, which till date remains a veritable platform to spread message across the world, owners of the station are convinced that with more entertaining contents, particularly music, young people will have a reason to listen to radio.
As a community-oriented media platform, we are also not losing focus of the developmental issues as they affect our communities around Nigeria and beyond. We seek to amplify their voices and bridge the gap between the government and the people.
With a HD digital audio, ABN Radio has continued to garner listenership from across the globe with programmes that stimulate the interest of our audience.
