A brand new secretariat of the Online Media Practitioners of Nigeria (OMPAN) will be officially unveiled on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 12 PM prompt.
The secretariat, located at No. 53 Eket Street, by Enugu Road, Umuahia, Abia State, marks a significant milestone in the history of the association.
According to a statement jointly endorsed by Chairman Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro and Secretary Dr. Steve Unegbu, the unveiling ceremony will be performed by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu.
The statement described the occasion as a significant chapter in the history of OMPAN, inviting all media stakeholders, partners, corporate bodies, private individuals, well-wishers, and the general public to attend.
The Chairman and General Secretary expressed their excitement, saying, “This is a milestone in our history as Online Media Practitioners. We invite all lovers of good things to join us on Monday as our own Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, unveils our State Secretariat.”
