Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has condoled with the family of Late Eze Nwoko of Amaokwe Ugba, on the loss of their mother, Ugoeze Lady Catherine Ugochi.
Mr Speaker who eulogised the virtues of the matriarch said that her sudden death was another huge loss after the husband, Late Eze Monday Nwoko was recently snatched by the cold hands of death.
Rt Hon Orji advised the family to “be in undiluted unity as the loss of both parents is not an easy one to take”.
He advised the son of the late matriarch to be up and doing in making sure that the revered name of the family is not brought to disrepute or forgotten.
The Speaker prayed God to grant the soul of Ugoeze Lady Catherine Ugochi eternal rest and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. He also prayed to God to console the people of Ugba community over the loss.
