Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has congratulated Hon Chukwuemeka Osoagbaka as the former Member of the Abia State House of Assembly marks his 56th birthday today.
The Speaker said Hon Osoagbaka contributed his quota to the rich legislative heritage of Abia State during his time as a lawmaker in the state.
