Abia Speaker Advises Newly-Weds Against Entertaining Third Parties In Their Union

The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Engr Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji earlier today attended the wedding reception/Traditional marriage ceremony of Mr & Mrs Emeka Ihemadu.

Speaking at the occasion held at Umuonyia Ohiya Primary School Field, Umuahia South LGA, the Speaker advised the couple to build their new home on the foundation of mutual trust, respect and humility.

Marrige is a beautiful and reverend institution when the two people involved understand the principles of living together; don’t involve third parties in your affairs. Reconcile your differences privately and always be ready to forgive each other”, he counselled.

The Speaker prayed for the couple and wished them a fruitful and blissful marriage.

St. Silas Methodist Church, Umuihie Umuokpara Circuit, Umuahia West Diocese.

Member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon Jerry Uzosike, Traditional Prime Minister of Ibeku Ancient Kingdom, High Chief James Akwukwegbu (Bawas) and other dignitaries graced the occasion.
