Few days after the visit of Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu, representing Abia North senatorial district to wards in Arochukwu, renovation work has started at the Aggrey Ibom Primary School which has been in a bad shape, ABN TV reports.
The people of the community have also expressed happiness with the facelift being given to the school courtesy of Sen. Kalu’s intervention.
Residents say the development is an indication of the visionary leadership of Sen. Kalu a former governor of the state, saying his representation of the people in Senate is divinely planned to wipe out tears from the eyes of the people.
The academic structure was said to have been neglected by past representatives, making it an eyesore.
Residents have also indicated readiness to vote for Sen. Kalu in 2023 to continue his good work across the landscape of Abia North.
