The immediate past Prelate and General Assembly Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Most Reverend Nzie Nsi Eke has applauded the performance of the Chief Whip of the Senate and Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu.
The cleric stated this in a chat with newsmen on Monday, hailing the former Abia state governor for distinguishing himself within four years as Abia North lawmaker.
He lauded Senator Kalu on the ongoing empowerment program he is spearheading in Abia North, describing the Senator as “a true pillar of support to the downtrodden masses.
He urged other political leaders to emulate Senator Orji Kalu by always putting the people first in all their actions, saying: “Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has performed very well as you can see with the number of rural roads he is constructing, rehabilitating and many others.”
Most Reverend Eke reiterated his continuous support and prayers to the Chief Whip of the Senate and prayed that “God grants his heart desires”.
