Abia State Governor, His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has officially assigned portfolios to the newly appointed commissioners following their swearing-in ceremony yesterday.
In addition, the Governor has implemented a minor reshuffle within his cabinet and established several new ministries.
The new composition of the State Executive Council is as follows:
