Abia Government Launches abiaFIRST Education Transformation Programme

The Abia State Government, through the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, is set to launch a groundbreaking education initiative, the abiaFIRST Education Transformation Programme, aimed at reimagining education in the state and unlocking the potential of Abia youth.

The launch event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 26, at the International Conference Center, Umuahia, starting at 9:00 AM, with the official commencement at 10:00 AM.

His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, the Executive Governor of Abia State, will serve as the Chief Host of the event, underscoring the government’s commitment to improving the educational sector.
