Abia: Court Voids Arochukwu Constituency APGA Primaries

Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia, Abia State on Thursday annulled the primary election of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA for Arochukwu state constituency of Abia State.

The court also ordered for a fresh rerun within 14 days.

Mr. Ifeanyi Elvis had challenged the primary election which produced Ike Okorafor as the winner, alleging irregularities in the process.

Both party chieftains are testing their popularity on who grabs the party’s ticket to represent Arochukwu state constituency in Abia State House of Assembly next year.
