Chairman of the Caretaker Committee of APC in Abia state, Chief Donatus Nwankpa has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for opening up the South-East geopolitical zone through infrastructure especially roads, saying the region must make efforts to connect to the central power.
While insisting that the era of politics of sediment is gone, he thanked the President for the construction Enugu-Umuahia Road which he said has reduced the duration of travel on the road and other infrastructural interventions he has initiated and completed in the South East.
