Plans have been concluded for the final burial of late Engr. Chief Godswill Elebue Mbila who passed away at the age of 81.
He will be laid to rest on April 27, 2024 in his country home, Ndi Ikpo compound, Ndi Uduma Awoke in Ohafia local government area of Abia State.
A burial arrangement released on behalf of the family by Mbila Obinna Elebua says a sing-song service will be held in honour of the late octogenarian at his residence, FHE Ogbor-Hill Aba on April 24.
According to the burial arrangement, on April 26, a commendation service will hold at the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Ehere Model Parish.
On the same day, a wake-keep will be held in his honour at his compound, Mission Hill, Ndi Uduma in Umuahia.
His burial on April 27 will take place after a funeral service by the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Uduma Parish, Ndi Uduma Awoke Ohafia Abia State.
A thanksgiving service will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Uduma Parish on Sunday, April 28.
The family urges friends and well-wishers to join as it bids farewell to its patriarch in grand style.
