The Chairman, House Committee on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Control, Hon. Amobi Ogah, has congratulated Nigerian workers on this year’s commemoration of International Workers’ Day.
Ogah, in a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday, by his media aide, Elem Chukwuemeka saluted Nigerian workers for their immense contributions to the national productivity and overall economic, and socio-political development of Nigeria.
He said, “I celebrate with esteemed Nigerian workers on the commemoration of the 2024 International Workers’ Day. Your contributions to national production and economic advancement of our dear country Nigeria are well appreciated.
“Despite challenges you face daily in the discharge of services to the people of this great nation, you have maintained utmost patriotism and loyalty to the country. I am very proud of your sense of duty, sacrifice, and perseverance at all times.”
