Members of Ukwa La Ngwa Elders Council comprising Isiala Ngwa North, South and Osisioma have vowed that they will take over power in 2023 upon the completion of Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu’s tenure as Abia governor, ABN TV reports.
The three local governments popularly referred to as Umunna Ato insisted they have what it takes to take over from the governor who is from Obingwa local government.
