Zimbabwe number one supporter and “super fan” Chris Musekiwa believes the Warriors can beat Rwanda and Nigeria in their opening two fixtures of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Beltmar Brito’s side will take on the Amavubi of Rwanda in a matchday one tie at the Huye Stadium on Wednesday, November 15
The Warriors will host the Super Eagles at the same ground four days later.
Musekiwa is upbeat the team can beat the two opponents.
“The team has a wealth of talent and experienced players whom some are playing in top leagues in the world,” Musekiwa was quoted by Zimbabwe Football Association official website.
“So as supporters we are convinced the Warriors will deliver results in Rwanda. Let’s go there with a winning mentality.”
South Africa, Benin Republic and Zimbabwe are the other teams in the group.
