2023 Presidency: South East Youths Canvass For Support For Atiku (Photos, Video)

A support group of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP New Generation has drummed support for the presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar, saying he is the right candidate to lead the country.

At a South East Youth Symposium with the theme ‘Reset Nigeria’ in Umuahia on Friday, the Zonal Coordinator of the group, Engr Onu Nwodo said the group is a platform to harness the youth for the future generation.

The DDG North Central of PDP New Generation, Shima Ayu appealed to the youths of the South East to support Atiku, saying he will open up the course on nation building and social interaction among the youths and drive national prosperity.

He also said the people need a leader like Atiku who will unify the country, avoid tribalism, restructure and transform Nigeria.

Shima also said as a youth grooming organization they are promising to join hands to see that all candidates will emerge as the leaders come 2023 general election.

Deputy Director General PDP youth Presidential Council Dr Ugochukwu Williams said amongst the Presidential candidates their Principle Atiku remains the great unifier and has come to Unify Nigeria.

He also said Atiku Abubakar has more interest in Education and Security in the country as well as reviving the economy.

The Presidential candidate’s daughter, Hauwa Atiku who happens to be the National Chairperson PDP New Generation, speaking during the Symposium said, there is only one Nigeria and her father Atiku Abubakar has always talked about the reconstructuring of the Country adding that they all want the country to remain intact and for the good purpose of the new Generation.

Hauwa urged the party members to come out in mass to their pulling unit and cast their vote to the party candidate stressing that Atiku has always carry in mind to reconstruct the country and has always put the people first.

Ndubuisi Ohabuike gave the explanation on Bi Voter Accreditation System (BIVAS) to let the members know what the machine is used for and as well-educate them on how it is used.

Hon Uko Ndukwe Nkole Member Representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency National Assembly speaking during the Symposium said the Presidential Candidate will unite the country adding that everyone wants to move forward and needs only the right man to achieve such purpose.

Rt Hon Chikwendu Kalu former speaker Abia House of Assembly said the parties Principle Atiku Abubakar is an advocate of restructuring the country.

He said the problem of the country is the structure which has to be reconstructed adding that a right decision has to be made for a better Nigeria.
