The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar has informed the youths in the country that he is running for president in 2023 for their own benefit rather than his.
According to a report by Peoples Gazette, the former vice president of Nigeria while speaking on a video which he shared on his verified Facebook Page said that If the youths decide to come out and protect the process, good for them.
As for him, he has lived his life and what he is doing now, he is doing it for the youths. Atiku Abubakar stated that at this stage in his political career, all he was interested in was to guide and protect the youths, defend their interest as long as he is strong, healthy, and alive.
Mr Atiku will go into the 2023 polls as one of the favourites after his wealth of experience gathered from contesting for the presidency on numerous occasions without success.
