President of the Senate, Dr Ahmad Lawan will on Friday commission some projects built by the Chief Whip of the Senate and Senator representing Abia North Senatorial district.
Lawan who have carved a niche in leadership will in company of other Principal officers and members of the Senate commission eight completed roads in different communities, renovated schools, and boreholes in Abia North.
In a statement released from office of the Senate Chief Whip, the roads to be commissioned Includes “Uturu roads 2 KM Isiukwuato LGA, 2 KM at Obi Chima – Isiukwuato LGA, 2KM at Umu Imenyi- Bende LGA, 2 KM Road Amankalu Alayi, Bende LGA,
“Others are three boreholes in Agbaja, Amuri and Enugwu Nkporo, Ohafia LGA; 7.5KM road in Agbaja Nkporo, Ohafia LGA, Item, Bende LGA, and Igbere, Bende LGA.
“The entire members and leaders of the communities are prepared and in great anticipation to receive the Senate President, “ the statement partly noted.
