The ambition of Hon. Ifeanyi Elvis Ogbonna popularly called IGNES to represent the people of Arochukwu constituency in Abia State House of Assembly in 2023 on Thursday received a boost as chairman of his party, APGA in all 14 local government area of the state prayed for him.
He was accompanied by a team of loyalists and supporters amidst cheers.
Mr. Ogbonna, a business mogul and technocrat who was full of thanks expressed gratitude to the chairmen for their divine intercession.
He expressed optimism that the prayer will be leveraged towards winning the party’s ticket at the primary election as well as the general election next year.
While expressing regret that the people of the constituency have for long been neglected from scheme of affairs, he assured that if elected, he will bring valuable democratic dividends to the people.
Mr. Ogbonna, therefore, called on the party delegates to vote for him to emerge as the party’s candidate, assuring that he will do them proud as their representative come 2023 at Abia State House of Assembly.
