Member representing Bende North constituency of Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Chijioke Chukwu on Thursday paid a visit to Chief Mrs. Eunice Uzor Kalu, mother of Senate Chief Whip, Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu.

This is part of his personal engagements in the celebration of the country’s October 1 Independence Day.

During the visit, the lawmaker while urging Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of love and unity said the peaceful co-existence of all is critical in the corporate development of the country.

Chukwu while charging Nigerians to respect the multiplicity of the country’s ethnic and religious lines said a country divided against itself will not muster the capacity to move forward.

He expressed gratitude to Chief Mrs. Eunice Uzor Kalu, popularly known as Odi Uko Na’mba for building the bridge of love and unity across the nation’s ethnic divides.

He further described the founder of Reality Organisation as a pillar of good governance in Abia and the country at large.

Hon. Chukwu encouraged her to continue using her contact to ensure the development of the people.
