Igbo Man Changes His Surname To His Mother’s Name (Photos)

A Nigerian man has taken to Facebook to announce his legal change of name.

It is official.

I am now officially, Victor Ruth.

Ruth is my mother’s first name and I’m glad to bear her name instead of my father’s family name.

All previous documents are still valid.
