Former Abia state gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Dr Alex Otti, was on Wednesday morning, spotted at the residence of the Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
This is coming barely 24 hours after Senator Kalu was elected the Chairman of the caucus of All Progressives Congress ( APC) Abia state chapter.

‘ABN TV recalls that Otti was rumoured to have decamped to the APC to pursue his gubernatorial ambition after failing in his two outings under the APGA.
