Four Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC Sokoto Zonal Office have received Certificates of Recognition from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, United States Department of Justice.
They are Abdullahi Lawal, Afanda Bashir Emmanuel, Aminu Umar Yabo and Naziru Aminu Shehu.

The honour was in recognition of the critical roles played in “Operation Rewired 2019” and their collaboration with the FBI in combating the menace of business email compromise, BEC, and other cybercrime activities that constitute danger on an international scale.
