Hon. Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa has paid a heartfelt tribute to his mother on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as a pillar of strength, a source of wisdom and a guiding influence in his life.
Ukwa, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections, expressed his appreciation in a birthday message dedicated to his mother.
He acknowledged her sacrifices, unconditional love and unwavering support, noting that her prayers and guidance had played a significant role in shaping his character and personal journey.
According to him, his mother instilled in him the values of humility, honesty, kindness and reverence for God, which continue to guide his decisions and relationships with others.
“Today is not just your birthday; it is the celebration of the woman who gave me life, shaped my life, and continues to cover my life with prayers,” Ukwa wrote.
He described his mother’s influence as immeasurable, saying her encouragement and counsel had remained a constant source of strength throughout his life.
“Words will never be enough to describe your love, your sacrifice, and your unflinching support. You taught me to be humble, to be honest, to fear God, and to be kind to people. Everything I am today, I owe to your prayers and your guidance,” he stated.
Reflecting on the special bond between them, Ukwa said his mother’s love and wisdom had provided lessons that went beyond formal education.
“In your eyes, I have seen unconditional love. In your hands, I have felt true care. In your words, I have found wisdom that no book can teach,” he added.
The APC candidate also offered prayers for his mother’s continued well-being, asking God to bless her with long life, good health, happiness and peace.
“May God Almighty, who has kept you thus far, grant you long life, good health, overflowing joy, and peace on every side,” he prayed.
Ukwa concluded the message by reaffirming his affection and appreciation for his mother, whose love, prayers and guidance he credited as important influences in his life.
