Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has congratulated the Chief Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Umuahia, Prof. Azubuike Onyebuchi, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a goodwill message issued on Friday, Governor Otti described Prof. Onyebuchi as an illustrious Abian, accomplished medical doctor, academic and thoroughbred professional who has distinguished himself in medical practice and administration.

The Governor expressed gratitude to God for sustaining the CMD in good health and commended his contributions to the growth and development of FMC Umuahia, particularly the reforms and infrastructure upgrades recorded under his leadership.

According to Otti, the improvements at the medical institution have positively impacted healthcare delivery and the experiences of patients seeking treatment at the facility.
