Sir Chikwe Udensi on Thursday evening hosted the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Vice-Presidential Candidate, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, at his Abuja residence, in what was described as part of ongoing consultations aimed at strengthening political alliances ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The visit, which took place behind closed doors, is seen by supporters as another step in the coalition-building efforts of the Atiku-Amaechi ticket, as key political stakeholders continue to engage across the country.
According to those present, Amaechi has continued to hold strategic meetings with influential political figures and stakeholders, with the objective of fostering unity and broadening support for the emerging coalition.

Speaking during the meeting, Sir Chikwe Udensi said the Atiku-Amaechi ticket is steadily bringing together a broad coalition of patriotic Nigerians who are committed to rebuilding the country and restoring hope to its citizens.
He noted that every engagement, handshake and consultation reflects a shared determination among the coalition’s leaders to promote national unity and provide credible leadership capable of addressing Nigeria’s current economic and social challenges.
“Every handshake, every meeting, and every olive branch points to one thing: a leadership team determined to unite the country and rescue it from hardship,” Udensi stated.
Supporters of the coalition described the visit as another indication of continued political consultations and bridge-building, emphasizing that effective leadership begins with dialogue, consensus-building and strategic engagement long before election campaigns officially commence.
The meeting forms part of a series of consultations involving prominent political figures as discussions continue on the future of Nigeria’s political landscape ahead of the 2027 elections.
