An APC stalwart, entrepreneur and humanitarian, Dr. Mrs. Martina Ononiwu, has joined the global community in celebrating women on the occasion of International Women’s Day, commending their strength, resilience and contributions to society.
In a statement, Dr. Ononiwu described women as key drivers of development in families, communities and the nation, noting that their dedication and sacrifices continue to shape a better future.
She called for greater empowerment and support for women and girls, stressing that when women are given equal opportunities, society benefits immensely.
Dr. Ononiwu also encouraged women in Abia State, particularly in Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, to remain confident, united and committed to achieving their goals.
She wished women across Nigeria and the world a fulfilling International Women’s Day celebration, urging them to continue breaking barriers and inspiring positive change.
