The family of Mr. Maduabuchi Mbakwe Esebe of Umuagom Ugba Ibeku has announced the burial arrangements for their beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Late Mrs. Chinyere Gladys Maduabuchi Mbakwe, who passed away on November 23, 2025, at the age of 50.
According to the funeral programme, activities will begin on Thursday, February 19, with a Service of Songs and Tribute Night at Esebe’s compound.
On Friday, February 20, her body will depart Madonna Mortuary, Umuahia, to her residence at Umuokweme Umuagom Ugba Ibeku by 8:00 a.m., followed by a lying-in-state at 10:00 a.m. A funeral service will thereafter hold at Ugba Community Primary School, Umuahia, at 10:00 a.m., while interment will take place at her husband’s residence by 2:00 p.m.
The burial rites will conclude on Sunday, February 22, 2026, with a thanksgiving service at St. Andrews Methodist Church, Ugba Ibeku.
Family members described the late Mrs. Mbakwe as a caring and devoted woman whose memory will remain in the hearts of loved ones and the community she touched.
