Former Chief of Staff to the Abia State Government and All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant, Sir Mascot Uzor Kalu, has extended warm birthday wishes to Dr. Uche Ogah as the former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development clocks 56 years today.
