Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has again demonstrated his administration’s commitment to workers’ welfare by donating 28 brand new official vehicles to all permanent secretaries in the state civil service.

The presentation took place during a meeting with the permanent secretaries held at the newly rebuilt Michael Okpara Auditorium in Umuahia on Wednesday.

Governor Otti said the gesture was part of his administration’s plan to improve efficiency and productivity within the civil service and to provide the right working conditions for senior government officials.

According to him, the vehicles will enhance seamless coordination and service delivery across ministries, departments, and agencies, adding that his government is determined to create a public service that is professional, accountable, and result-driven.
