The Member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, has joined millions of citizens in celebrating Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, urging Nigerians to remain steadfast in unity and collective efforts toward national progress.

In a goodwill message to mark the milestone, Hon. Ogah described Nigeria’s 65-year journey as one of resilience, hope, and shared struggles, noting that despite challenges, the country has continued to stand tall as the giant of Africa.

“As we celebrate Nigeria at 65, let us remember the strength of our unity, the sacrifices of our founding fathers, and the dreams of generations yet unborn. We must keep hope alive and continue to work together in building the Nigeria we all believe in,” Ogah stated.

The lawmaker commended Nigerians for their perseverance in the face of economic and social challenges, stressing that independence should serve as a reminder of the need to defend democracy, strengthen institutions, and promote justice and equity.
