The Headquarters, 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, Ohafia, has launched a sensitization campaign to encourage Abia youths to participate in the forthcoming 90 Regular Recruit Intake (90 RRI).
This was contained in a statement issued by Lt. Anna Tsaku, Acting Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 14 Brigade, who disclosed that the online application portal officially opened on September 19, 2025.
According to the statement, the recruitment exercise offers young Nigerians a unique opportunity to join the Nigerian Army and serve the nation with pride, courage, and honour.
“The Nigerian Army remains committed to attracting disciplined and dedicated young people who are willing to defend Nigeria’s territorial integrity and contribute to national security,” it read.
Successful candidates, the statement added, will undergo comprehensive military training and have access to multiple career paths within the Army.
The Brigade urged youths across Abia to take advantage of the opportunity by visiting the official recruitment portal at www.recruitment.army.mil.ng to complete their applications and carefully adhere to the guidelines provided.
While reiterating that the recruitment process is completely free of charge, the Nigerian Army warned applicants to beware of fraudsters and unscrupulous individuals who may attempt to exploit them.
