Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo paid a courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday, ahead of a youth football tournament being held in his honour at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Wednesday.
The Nigeria-born defender, currently in the country for a homecoming tour, met with the governor in Lagos.

After the meeting, Governor Sanwo-Olu shared his admiration for the Chelsea star on Instagram, writing: “Tosin Adarabioyo, who plays for Chelsea, stopped by to visit while he’s in Nigeria. It’s always inspiring to meet young Nigerians making their mark internationally who remain grounded and stay connected to home.”

Adarabioyo recently helped Chelsea secure the FIFA Club World Cup title in the United States with a decisive 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the final.
