The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, has passed away at the age of 90.
According to Vanguard, the revered monarch died in the early hours of Monday. His death occurred during ongoing events marking his 90th birthday and the first anniversary of his coronation.
Oba Olakulehin was officially presented with the staff of office by Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde on July 12, 2024, becoming the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.
