Maryanne Chiamaka Onyeomereneche, the immediate elder sister of Emmanuel Chidiebere Onyeomereneche, a 20-year-old Abia Airforce Cadet officer who died in a hotel in Umuahia has said her late brother was the best of her siblings.
Speaking with ABN TV last week shortly after her brother’s burial, the deeply saddened Chiamaka said her brother was the kindest and calmest of her siblings, expressing grief over his untimely passage.
She said, “He was just the best. He was full of life. We made a lot of plans together, but fortunately, I think the rest of my siblings will have to live up to him. God! he was a wonderful person. He made coming back home worth it.
“He always just knows how to bring life where everybody is sad. I would like to use the word perfect, but every human being is flawed. And, he was flawed too. But when it comes to family, he was the best of us, the most perfect. My best friend.”

Describing the late brother as her gist partner, Chiamaka said the memory of his brother will live forever.
She therefore called on the government of Abia State and relevant security agencies to bring the killers of his brother to justice.
ABN TV recalls that a family source said the late Cadet officer was poisoned when he visited a hotel in Umuahia.
Efforts to save his life failed after blood was said to have spilled into his brain.
