Abia Now A Laughing Stock, Says Cleric As Liberation Prayers Commences [VIDEO]

A clergyman and the Project Co-ordinator of Abia Apostolic Intercessory Team, Apostle Chuks Alozie has said in over 20 years since its creation, Abia State should by now be achieving great exploits, expressing regret that this has not been the case.

He stated this when he featured in ABN TV’s grassroot discussion show, Talk Make I Talk.

He spoke ahead of the planned Abia Apostolic Intercessory Team, which is a 100-day liberation prayers of invocation for Abia State.

The exercise has as its theme, ‘Oh Thou That Answers Prayers’.

Apostle Alozie who is the coordinator of the project said Abia is not young and should achieve greatness in infrastructural Development, Human Capacity Building, insisting that the state has missed the track in the sense that the dream of the expectation of the founding fathers have crumbled.

He said the state has become a laughing stock to the extent of people looking down on men of God in the state stating it as “bewitchment” which has befallen the state.

Apostle Chuks Alozie said it is necessary that all Christians join this prayer.

He said the first edition took place in 2018/2019 and this happens to be the second edition which kicked off Monday 1st August 2022 at the United Church of Christ at No35 Ahoada street, Umuahia, Abia State, and Tuesday 2nd August 2022 by 3 pm.

“The essence of this prayer is to cry to God collectively with one voice as Abians, stand in the gap officially to pray for Abia state,” urging all Abians to come out in mass and join hands to pray out the state.

The clergy said no prayer is a waste for those that have been praying for the state and thinks their prayer is not working, adding that why this exercise is different is because there will be an incense burning for 100 days, making Heaven to stand still and open for the state above all there will be shift in the realm of the spirit.

He said the state has always had transactional leaders in the sense that before they come to power they negotiate what goes to people thereby when they come in they just use our commonwealth for transactions instead of Transformations.

He said the event will hold in all the 17 Local governments within the state for 3 months and 8 days making it 100days which the prayer will last in different churches adding that there will be an array of men of God like Papa Uma Ukpai who happens to be the Spiritual Father amongst others and it’s an interdenominational thing not for a particular church.
