The photo of an unusual reward given to a Ugandan footballer after he was named Man of the Match is currently trending on social media platforms.

The player was presented with a loaf of bread and a bottle of Yoghurt as his reward after a domestic Ugandan League game.

Interestingly, the bread was branded with the write-up ”Man of the match” and a logo of the league.

In the picture, the footballer whose name was undisclosed could be seen posing with his award while wearing half a smile.

This gesture has however sparked mixed reactions from social media users.
