“As Nigeria plays Ghana on Tuesday, March 29 at Abuja National Stadium , Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation has purchased 5,000 tickets for interested fans who would be available to support the Super Eagles .
“The tickets will be shared at entrance by 3 PM and as African Pillar of Sports , I look forward to the Eagles putting smiles on our faces by winning the match,” Sen. Kalu said in a Facebook post.
Meanwhile, some sports enthusiasts have said Super Eagles’ holding of Ghana’ s Black Stars to a goalless draw in Kumasi in the World Cup play-off match Friday, fell short of their expectations.
The fans accused the Eagles of lacking coordination and even squandered the few chances they had, stating that they were playing as if it was a friendly match.
