The Youth leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ebonyi State, Comrade Ogochukwu Elem is reportedly dead.
As at the time of filing this, details of his death is still sketchy but a close source to the party told ABN TV correspondent in Ebonyi State that Comrade Ogochukwu died on Saturday.
