The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu will, today, Thursday, February 11, 2021, administer the oaths of office and allegiance on the Honorable Justice Stella Maris Chinedum Ururuka Onyenso as the substantive President of the Abia State Customary Court of Appeal.
The event is scheduled to take place at 1 pm while the venue is the Banquet Hall, Government House Umuahia.
The National Judicial Council and the Abia State House of Assembly had respectively accepted and confirmed her nomination for the office by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu in accordance with the dictates of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended, a statement by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Onyebuchi Ememanka says.

Justice SMC Ururuka Onyenso has been holding the office in an Acting Capacity.
