Abia state governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has vowed to deal a bloody nose on kidnappers and other sundry criminals causing the people of the state sleepless nights.
Recall that the governor had consistently maintained that his administration is committed to ensuring the protection of Abians, using the instrumentality of the security forces in the state.
