Nnamdi Kanu Was Flying Private Jets, Living In Luxury Apartments – Lai Mohammed

Nigeria’s minister for Information, Lai Mohammed has revealed how IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu was living a luxurious life before his re-arrest.

Mohammed, in a statement on Thursday, made available to ABN TV, disclosed that Kanu was living a 5-star life and wearing designer clothes abroad. He added that the pro-secessionist leader was flying private jets and enjoying himself while inciting insecurity in the South-East.

“It will interest Nigerians to know that for over two years, our security and intelligence agencies were on the trail of the proscribed IPOB leader as he lived a five-star life across several countries, travelling on chartered private jets, living in luxury apartments, and turning out in designing clothes and shoes.”

He added that the fugitive IPOB leader will be given a fair trial in court.

“It is interesting that many are suddenly calling for a fair trial for Kanu as if he didn’t get one before he decided to jump bail and flee. However, I can assure you that the fair deal that Kanu denied many of the victims of the violence which he will-fully instigated through his broadcasts and tweets will not be denied him.”
